摘要
在交流接触器不增加附加装置,不占用辅助触头,不改变工作行程、使用范围、安装尺寸、维护方法和互换性等先决条件下,论证了通过铁心极面形状的变更使工作气隙缩小,极面增大,消除撞击、噪音和触头弹跳,从而实现电耗与静态吸力、闭合速度与振动、温升与体积、寿命与材质、可靠性与成本统一。在大幅度节电的同时达到提升产品水平的效果。
Based on condition of AC contactor no adding attachment,no using assistant contact,no changing work route,application range,dimension,maintaining method and reciprocation,it was validated that gap was reduced,pole surface was enlarged,bump,noise and contact bounce were avoided by changing pole surface shape,with electric energy saving and improving product level.
