摘要
从技术中介提供信息服务的视角,解决提高技术交易效率的问题;按照技术交易的流程,从目标层、技术输出层、技术中介层、技术服务层、技术采纳层等不同环节层层构筑技术交易中介服务体系;系统研究技术交易中介服务体系的动力机制、用户需求匹配策略、协调激励策略以及诚信保障策略,保障服务体系良好运转。
The paper studies how to improve the technical transaction efficiency from a perspective of technical intermediary providing information service. Based on the procedures of technical transaction, the paper constructs a service system of technical transaction at different levels from the targets layer, to the output layer, the intermediary layer, the service layer and the adoption layer. Also in this paper, the dynamic mechanism, the strategy of meeting users＇ needs, coordination and stimulation strategy, and integrity protection measures are dealt with. Therefore the system can function smoothly.
