摘要
随着信息和通讯技术的日益发达,软件和信息服务外包近年来成为全球新一轮产业转移的重要内容之一,也是最热门、增长最迅猛的产业之一。云南省以昆明市为重点提出大力发展软件与信息服务外包产业,并建立了一定的发展基础,然而发展规模和速度一直处在低水平均衡上,文中利用新经济地理学的核心思想以及发展经济学中的互补性理论探讨其原因,然后运用波特的"钻石模型",从生产要素、国内外需求条件、相关和支持性产业、企业战略和同业竞争、机遇和政府角色等六个方面,全方位地分析昆明发展服务外包产业的基础条件和潜力。最后,结合现实问题和发展条件来探索推动昆明软件服务外包产业实现发展突破的战略对策。
With the development of information and communication technology, the outsourcing industry of software and information service with its quick development has become a key one in the new round of industrial transformation. With Kunming as the center, Yunnan Province has decided to develop the outsourcing industry of software and information service but got no desirable results. Adopting the theory of neo-economic geography and the complementary theory of development economics as well as Porter＇s Diamond Model, the paper discusses the basic conditions and potential of Kunming＇s outsourcing industry of software and information service from six aspects and brings up the development strategies.
