摘要
在瑞典冶金和金属加工研究工厂(MEFOS)的中间试验轧机上进行了热轧润滑试验。本文总结了在不同温度控轧时的润滑效果及一些因素对润滑效果的影响。本文还对控制轧制和常规轧制时的润滑效果做了比较,讨论了热轧时采用润滑的经济效果和在强度较弱的轧机上采用热轧润滑生产HSLA钢板的可能性。
Hot rolling experiments with lubrication in a pilot rolling mill have been carried out atMEFOS Metal Weaking Research plant in Sweden. This paper is a summary about the lubrica-tion effect (LF) in controlled rolling at different temperatures and the influence of some fac-tors on LE. The paper has also made a comparison of LE between controlled rolling and con-ventional rolling. The economic results of hot rolling with lubrication and the possibility ofusing hot rolling lubrication for producing HSLA steel plates on weak rolling mills are disc-ussed.
