基于肩关节不稳定的盂肱关节骨关节炎研究现状 被引量：2

摘要 近年来，人们对肩关节不稳定（shoulder instability，SI）的认识不断深入，由此产生的相关疾病（如不稳定复发、持续性疼痛、关节僵硬、肌肉萎缩无力、活动受限和骨关节炎等）也一直困扰着医学工作者，基于肩关节不稳定的盂肱关节骨关节炎（Osteoarthritis，OA）即是其中之一。虽然肩关节前向不稳定后的盂肱关节OA并不多见，但是，如果肩关节发生不稳定或行稳定手术后导致了继发性OA，将是一个较棘手的问题。肩关节不稳定在肩关节疾患中的发病率不高，其中，年轻患者明显多于年长者：小于20岁的发病率为66％～100％，13％～63％的患者年龄在20～40岁，只有0～16％的患者大于40岁。
