摘要
本文介绍了从日本引进的宝钢初轧厂的主要设计特点及技术消化情况。设计以日本君津二初轧为参考厂,选用与君津厂相同的双机架φ1300初轧机和6VH连轧机。由于设计产量高于参考厂,且品种较多,因此孔型设计和压下规程的编制有所改进。从投产近三年的实绩看来,引进基本上是成功的。
The Blooming mill was completely introduced from NSC. Its design was referred to Kimi-tsu's 2n Blooming mill. It consists of two stands of φ 1300 reversing blooming mill and 6 sta-nds of VH billet continuous mill, and is identical with the Kimitsu's. Because of higher des-ign output and more variety of product than the model, some improvements in the pass designand schedule programming method were made. The results of nearly three year production pro-ve that the import is successful on the whole.
