摘要
制备炭素材料时石墨粉和黏结剂很难通过机械混合的方法均匀地结合,导致材料综合性能下降。本文首先在石墨粉体中原位合成酚醛树脂,然后将覆盖了树脂的石墨粉碎、压制后制备成酚醛树脂/石墨材料,最后通过烧结等工艺制备成炭/石墨材料。观察了酚醛树脂/石墨材料烧结前后的微观形貌,对酚醛树脂/石墨材料进行了热分析;测试了炭/石墨材料的性能。实验结果表明:采用原位合成法,酚醛树脂能均匀地覆盖在石墨粉表面;石墨、树脂种类及含量、成型压力等是影响炭素材料性能的重要因素。
It is very difficult to get an uniform mixture of graphite powders and binder when graphite powders and binder are mixed mechanically for the preparation of carbon materials. In this paper, the phenol-formaldehyde resin (PFR) was firstly synthesized by in-situ polymerization among the graphite powders,then the carbon/graphite (C/G) materials were made from the graphite powders covering PFR after crushing, press and sintering treatments. The micro- structures of PFR/G materials before and after sintering were observed and the thermal and mechanical performances of the PFR/G materials were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the PFR resin could cover equably on the surface of the graphite powders by in- situ polymerization. The species and contents of graphite and resin, molding pressure and so on were important effecting factors on the properties of carbon materials.
