摘要
本文设计了一种实用的IGBT过流保护定时自恢复电路。该电路结构简单、成本低且性能可靠,具有手动恢复和定时自动恢复两种功能,而且自恢复时间大范围可调。可以广泛地应用于功率变流器功率开关ICBT的保护电路中。
A practical circuit for automatically recovering IGBT overcurrent protection is presented in this paper . This circuit has simple structure and low cost and the performance is reliable . It possesses both hand - recovering funcrion and timing automatically recovering function. The automatically recovering time can be adjusted in a large range . It may be widely used in the circuits for protecting IGBT in power converters.
