应用氯沙坦钾/氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压舒张性心力衰竭被引量：2

摘要目的观察氯沙坦钾/氢氯噻嗪片(海捷亚片)对高血压舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法2007年12月—2008年6月住院确诊为高血压并舒张性心力衰竭的患者98例,随机分为海捷亚组及卡托普利组,两组控制心力衰竭的药物相同,利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂。海捷亚组每日口服海捷亚1片,卡托普利组口服卡托普利片25mg,3次/日。用药期间监测血压情况,2周后若未达标,则加用钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)络活喜片5mg/d,至达标(血压140/90mmHg)。观察12周,评价心功能情况、NYHA分级、6min步行试验,超声动图测左心室射血分数(LVEF)、快速舒张期二尖瓣血流速度峰值(E峰)、左房收缩期二尖瓣血流速度峰值(A峰),E/A比值及左室等容舒张时间(LVRT)。结果两组治疗12周后,心功能均有明显改善,海捷亚组总有效率48.0%,卡托普利组39.6%,两组相比海捷亚组明显优于卡托普利组(P<0.05)。结论高血压舒张性心力衰竭患者使用海捷亚可明显改善舒张功能。
