蒸汽冷凝水密闭回收技术在引进分厂的应用

摘要 介绍了大流量疏水阀的工作原理及特点,并对引进分厂实施蒸汽冷凝水密闭回收技术进行了简要总结。使用该技术后,蒸汽系统能量利用率由56.22%提升到58.40%,软水回收利用率由69.22%提升到71.62%,取得明显效果。 This paper introduces the work principle and its characteristic of large flow rate trap valve and summarizes application status of hermetical recovery technology to steam-condensate water in imported branch factory.After using this new technology,the energy utilization of steam system increases from 56.22% to 58.40%,recovery rate of soft water increases from 69.22% to 71.62%.Its effect is obvious.
