摘要
用重催装置污水(COD=5460mg/L,pH=8.34)代替清水进行重油乳化及催化裂化反应(FCC),实验考察了污水对乳化油稳定性及FCC反应的影响,特别是对裂化产品分布、产品质量及裂化催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:污水乳化油较清水乳化油稳定性略有下降;从FCC反应后产品分布可知,污水乳化油反应性能优于纯重油,略差于清水乳化油;对裂化催化剂影响与清水乳化油相当。污水经处理后,当COD<800mg/L、pH<7.5时,其乳化油稳定性及FCC反应后产品分布达清水乳化油水平,可替代清水使用。
The paper investigates catalytic cracking reaction of heavy oil emulsification with effluent(CODCr=5460mg/L,pH=8.3) in catalytic cracking unit instead of pure water emulsification.The influence of effluent on the stability of emulsified oil and FCC reaction is studied,especially on the reaction product slate,the quality of product and the properties of catalyst.As a result,the stability of emulsified heavy oil with effluent is worse than that with pure water.Seeing from the reaction product slate,the reaction capability of emulsified oil with effluent is better than that with pure residue,but it is worse than that with pure water.The influence of emulsified oil with effluent on cracking catalyst is similar to emulsified oil with pure water.The effluent can replace pure water while the CODCr<800 mg/L,pH<7.5.The stability and reaction product slate of emulsified oil with effluent and pure water are similar.
