摘要
糖尿病是低镁血症的常见原因,高尿糖使过量的镁从尿丢失,出现低镁血症,并能引起胰岛素抵抗。低镁对糖尿病的控制及并发症均有较大的影响。低镁与血糖控制差有关,但降低糖化血红蛋白并不能纠正低镁,即低镁并不仅仅是高血糖所致。镁缺乏与视网膜病变有关,对高血压、血...
