摘要
目的探讨通过采用经导管动脉血管内灌注药物介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死（ANFH）患者的临床意义。方法收集郑州市中心医院2007年1月～2008年5月的11例ANFH患者,采取经股动脉穿刺插入5F-Cobra导管超选择送至旋股内动脉、旋股外动脉等部位,成功后缓慢注入罂粟碱、尿激酶等药物。结果经血管造影、CT或MRI复查随访近期疗效显著,中远期效果满意;疼痛缓解率达90.9%,髋关节功能改善率达72.7%。结论介入治疗ANFH是一种安全有效的方法,具有局部药物浓度高,作用部位精确、疗效确切、无明显不良反应。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of interventional therapy in avascular necrosis of femoral head（ANFH）. Methods 5F-Cobra catheter were inserted into femoral artery of 11 patients with ANFH from Jan. 2007 to May 2008 in Zhengzhou central hospital. Then papaverine and urokinase were slowly injected. Results It had obvious recent curative effects and satisfactory medium-long term results. The pain relief rate was 90.9% and the function improved rate of hip was 72.7%. Conclusion interventional therapy in avascular nearosis of femoral head in an effective and safe method.
