摘要
目的:探讨血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和前白蛋白(PA)浓度与儿童急性呼吸道感染的相关性。方法:采用速率散射比浊法分别对67例感染患儿及35例体检儿童血清CRP和PA的浓度进行检测。结果:在急性呼吸道感染患儿中,细菌感染组与健康对照组比较,CRP明显升高,PA明显降低,差异有统计学意义,t值分别为7.4715、15.9855,P均<0.01;病毒感染组与健康对照组比较,CRP、PA差异无统计学意义,t值分别为0.0482、0.6134,P均>0.05。结论:血清中CRP,PA在儿童急性呼吸道感染时,变化比较明显,具有较高灵敏度,其血清浓度的检测有助于疾病早期诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective：Probe into serum C-response albumen and the previous albumin（PA）density and children acute relevance of airway infection.Methods：Adopt speed scattering infect than turbid law to 67 infant and 35 physical examination children serum CRP and density of PA measure separately.Results：In the acute airway infection infant,the bacterial infection group compares with control group of the health,CRP obviously rises,PA obviously reduces,the difference has statistics meanings,t value is 7.4715,15.9855 respectively,P〈0.01,virus infect group compared with control group of the health,CRP,PA difference have statisties meaning,t value is 0.0482,0.6134 respectively,P〉0.05,Conclusions：Serum hits CRP,PA is in children＇s acute airway infection,changes more obvious,have higher sensitivities,its density of serum＇s detection facilitates early diagnosis of disease and differential diagnosis.
