The tolerances of the strips produced before reconstruction is briefly described. Emphasisis put on the items related to the improvement of the tolerances rolled strips in the reconstr-uction. After the reconstruction, the situation of better tolerances and the benefits obtained arealso dealt with. In addition, measures to be taken for further improvement of tolerances arealso suggested.
