摘要
目的探讨改良球头硅胶管植管治疗鼻泪管阻塞及慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法比较普通球头管植入术与改良术式治疗鼻泪管阻塞及慢性泪囊炎的术中植入时间、成功率,术后近、远期有效率及术中、术后并发症。结果植管时间2组分别为26min及17min,植管成功率为92.23%及99.32%,近期有效率分别为85.4%及95.2%,远期有效率分别为71.8%及80.0%,再植管后有效率为81.6%及91.6%,2组均无严重并发症。结论改良球头管术术中植入时间短、成功率高,近、远期效果好,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective ] To investigate therapeutic effect of improvement spherical silicone tube intubation for nasolaerimal passage obliteration and chronic dacryocystitis. [ Methods ] The intubation time, achievement ratio, near and long-term effective power, inter and post operative complications were compared in ordinary spherical silicone tube intubation and improvement spherical silicone tube intubation. [ Results ] The intubation time were 26 minutes and 17 minutes, the achievement ratio of intubation were 92.23% and 99.32%, the near term effective power were 85.4% and 95.2%, the long-term effective power were 71.8% and 80%, and improved to 81.6% and 91.6% after reimplant the tube. Severity complication were not found in both group. [ Conclusions ] It has less intubated time, much higher achievement ratio, better near and long-term effective power in improvement spherical silicone tube intubation group, and worth spread application.
