政府网站信息查询障碍探究 被引量：3

摘要 概述了政府网站信息查询障碍实验的设计方法和数据分析;实验表明:形成公众信息查询障碍的客观原因是政府网站没有按照公众认知模式组织信息、提供服务,背离公众认知规律的根源在于官僚体制对政府网站信息构建的制约;叙述了引导式查询的构建模式:从电子政务发达国家的经验看,按照公众认知思维、公众认知行为习惯确立政府网站的信息构建,已是一个普遍规则,也是现行体制下解决公众信息查询障碍问题的有效途径。政府网站只有以公众为中心,并以此作为政府网站的设计准则,才可能有效消除公众信息查询的障碍。
