摘要
回顾了欧盟电子政务绩效评估的历史;介绍了评估对象,包括为市民提供的12项基本服务和为企业提供的8项基本服务;对2007开展的第7次绩效评估指标框架进行了点评,重点介绍了在线成熟度、完全在线获得程度和以用户为中心等重点指标;概述了欧盟开展评估的调查方法和评估结果,并对结果进行了分析总结。
