摘要
传统的辊筒为冷硬铸铁制,内腔中空,可通水冷却或通汽加热,亦可插入电热棒加高温。此新型辊筒为钢制组合结构,沿周边钻孔,内插电热元件直导加热(不经空气且无间隙对流),原中空腔的功能保留(通水或通汽)。这不仅实现了高效节能,且可调温灵敏,温度均匀,还能一机多用(炼塑、炼胶和橡塑共混)。新辊筒的辊面硬度和耐磨功能,亦不亚于原辊筒的白口层,但新辊筒制造方便,价格低廉。
The special features of a new type of roll used in mill for rubber or plastic blending are described. This new type of roll is made of steel. Higher efficiency in blending and better quality of the product can be achieved with this new roll.
