摘要
建立以电子病历为基础的临床信息系统是医院信息化建设发展的要求。临床信息系统应逐步覆盖病人诊疗过程的各个环节,形成内容完整的电子病历,为医护人员提供诊疗管理和操作的工作平台。电子病历应采用独立于临床诊疗系统的存储架构。以利于安全、应用和共享。临床信息系统包含大量的子系统,通过集成实现操作交互、流程互通、数据共享。
It is a requirmente of hospital informatiztion development to constructe the CIS based EPR. The CIS should cover with all processes of diagnosis and treatment so that to form a integrated CPR and provide a work platform of operation and management. A independently storage structure should be used in CPR for security, application and share. CIS contains a lot of subsystems of diagnosis and treatment. These subsystems can be integrate to carry out interoperability and data share.
