摘要
本文用TBP+MIBK(TM)的混合体系对磷酸进行萃取,比较了TM与TBP+煤油(TK)萃取磷酸过程萃取有机相的粘度和磷酸含量,研究了TM体系萃取磷酸的协同萃取效应以及萃取平衡。结果表明:在相同的温度和浓度下,MIBK的稀释作用比煤油好,用TM体系萃取磷酸的萃取有机相中磷酸含量可以达到很高,而不会出现三相,因此TM体系萃取磷酸优于TK体系;而且从萃取体系的粘度和萃取体系的磷酸含量看,TM都优于TK体系;TM体系萃取磷酸具有一定的协同效应。
In this paper, tributyl phosphate + methyl isobutyl ketone(TM) was used to extract phosphoric acid(PA), viscosities and concentration of P205 in TM + PA were compared with that of in TBP + Kerosene(TK) + PA, and synergistic extraction effect and extraction equilibrium were also studied. The results showed that: there are more advantages for extracting PA with TM than with TK from viscosity and concentration of P2O5 of the extraction of organic phase; there are synergistic extraction effect with TM system extracting PA.
