摘要
针对激光干涉条纹间距难以精确测定的问题,文中提出了采用快速傅里叶变换精确测定条纹间距和激光波长的方法,介绍了测量系统的结构组成、工作原理和测试结果。
The subject that the inter-distance of laser interference stripes is difficult to measure accurately. In this paper, a method of FFT for precise determination of the stripe's inter-distances and laser wavelength is presented. Meanwhile, the system's components of structure and the working principle are also introduced, as well as the measuring result.
