喷吹粉体合成渣对钢水脱氮的研究

摘要 试验研究了CaO-TiO_2-Al_2O_3,CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2及CaO-BO_3-SiO_2渣系及工业渣中TiO_2,Al_2O_3及B_2O_3含量对钢水脱氮率的影响,其脱氮率可达55~65%。在三个渣系中,随着TiO_2、Al_2O_3及B_2O_3含量的变化,脱氮率有一最大值。钢中和渣中氧位愈低,脱氮率愈高,增加渣中碳、铝及钢中铝的含量,可以提高合成渣脱氮效果。 The effects of TiO_2, Al_2O_3 and B_2O_3 in CaO-TiO_2-Al_2O_3, CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2, CaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2slags and industrial slags on denitrogenation of molten steel were studied, 55-65% of denitro-genation was achieved. A maximum denitrogenation was found by changing TiO_2 Al_2O_3 andB_2O_3 in the above mentioned synthetic slags. It also shows that the lower the oxygen poten-tial in molten steel and slag, the higher the degree of denitrogenation. The denitrogenationof molten steel with synthetic slag was improved with the increase of C, Al content in slagand Al in molten steel.
