摘要
目的探讨百令胶囊与抗结核药联合治疗肺结核的疗效。方法将244例肺结核患者随机分为治疗组123例,对照组121例,两组基本治疗相同,治疗组加服百令胶囊,疗程为6个月。结果治疗组总有效率为92.7%,明显高于对照组的81.0%(P<0.01),治疗组的痰结核菌转阴率及肺结核病灶吸收率也明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组临床症状缓解率和肝功能受损率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论百令胶囊与抗结核药联合治疗肺结核疗效显著、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the treatment efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods Randomly divide 244 tuberculosis patients into treatment group 123 cases, and control group 121 cases. Given the same basic anti-tuberculosis treatment, the treatment group was added Bailing capsule. The period of treatment was 6 months. Results The effective rates in treatment group was 92.7%,which was obviously higher than the control group＇s 81.0% （P〈0.01）.The treatment group＇s rate of sputum negative conversion and tuberculosis focus absorption was significantly better than the control group ＇s（P〈0.01 ）. The treatment group＇s chnical symtoms response rate and liver function impairment rate were also better than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combination of Bailing capsule and anti-tuberculosis drugs on the treatment of tuberstdosis is effective and safe,which is worthy of being promoted and used.
