摘要
通过轧制试验和金相分析表明,锭、坯、材表面缺陷存在对应关系。例如钢坯上的“三角口”缺陷是钢锭横裂纹在开坯过程中变形量不太大时产生的,而钢锭横裂纹的产生与钢种、注温、注速有关。随变形量的增加,原来在140 mm方坯上以“三角口”为基本特征的缺陷逐步转变为表面裂纹,裂纹的长度和深度与原来钢坯上“三角口”缺陷的严重程度和变形量有一定的对应关系。
According to metallographic examination and rolling test, the relation among certain sur-face defect on corresponding ingot, billet and rolled product were found. It is confirmed thatthe 'triangular gaps' are deformed transversal cracks (TCI) on ingot. When the reduction issmall, the formation of TCI is related to steel grade teeming temperature and teeming speed.As the area reduction in rolling increases, the triangular gap on the 140×140mm^2 billet gra-dually becomes surface crack. The length and depth of the crack have a certain relation withthe degree of original defect and with the amount of area reduction in rolling.
