摘要
利用部分相干光成像理论，推出Ｆｏｕｃａｕｌｔ刀口相位检测时非相干入射情况下的像面光强分布．分析表明，在一定条件下，可得到输入物函数相位变化率分布的信息．
According to the theory of partially coherent light imaging,the irradiance distribution for the Foucault knife edge phase test method is derived in incoherent lighting.From the formula,under given conditions,the information about phase change of the input object function is obtained.
