摘要
[目的]观察茄二十八星瓢虫成虫在实验室自然条件下的产卵情况。[方法]在实验室自然条件下,以龙葵叶饲养茄二十八星瓢虫直至雌虫死亡,每天观察产卵情况并记录产卵量,最后对观察结果进行统计分析。[结果]茄二十八星瓢虫雌虫的实际产卵天数平均为19.0d,平均寿命为56.3d,即实际产卵天数约占其寿命的1/3;其产卵前期平均为6.1d,最长为13.0d,最短为3.0d;其产卵期平均为44.0d,最长为59.0d,最短为16.0d;每雌一生的产卵总数平均为618.0粒,最多为791.0粒,最少为263.0粒,产卵期的平均每天产卵数为14.0粒,按实际产卵天数计算的每天产卵数为32.5粒。茄二十八星瓢虫产卵呈现一定的间歇性,大部分间歇时间为2～3d,最长间歇时间为10d。茄二十八星瓢虫在第1、2、3、4周分别平均产卵73.0、120.0、156.6和76.0粒。[结论]该研究为茄二十八星瓢虫的田间防治提供了一定的指导依据。
[ Objective ] The purpose of the study was observe the oviposition situations of adult Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata （Fabricius） in the laboratory with natural condition. [ Method ] In the laboratory with natural condition, the H. vigintioctopunctata was fed with Solanum nigrum leaves till the female ones died. Their ovipesition situation was observed and their fecundities were recorded everyday. Finally, the observation results were analyzed statistically. [ Result ] The actual average ovipesition days of female H. vigintioctopunctata were 19.0 d, its average life span was 56.3 d and its actual average oviposition days accounted for one third in its life span. It average, longest and shortest preoviposition periods were 6.1, 13.0 and 3.0 d resp. It average, longest and shortest oviposition periods were 44.0, 59.0 and 16. 0 d. The total fecundity per female H. vigintioctopunctata in its whole life was 618.0 particles averagely, 791.0 particles at most and 263.0 particles at least. Its average fecundity of ovipesition period was 14.0 particles per day and its fecundity per day calculated out according to actual ovipesition days was 32.5 particles per day. The oviposition of H. vigintioctopunctata showed intermittence to some degree, most intermittent time was 2 - 3 d and the longest intermittent time was 10 d. Its average fecundities of the 1 ^st 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th week were 73.0, 120. 0, 156.6 and 76.0 particles resp. [ Conclusion] The study provided some guiding basis for the field control of H. vigintioctopunctata.
