“一条龙”式外语教育规划与外语能力量表 被引量:1

摘要 我国外语教学目前仍存在各阶段衔接不足的问题,实施"一条龙"式的教学规划是优化外语教育的必然要求,其首要任务是制定统一的外语学习者能力量表。外语能力量表是反映外语能力培养的路线图,也是保证学习者的英语能力可持续发展的纲领性规划,而我国尚无成熟、统一的针对中国外语学习者的外语能力标准或量表。本文在对比当前国际通用的语言能力量表的基础上,提出了在制定量表时应当特别注重横向和纵向两个方向的统筹兼顾。
