摘要
用程序升温热重法对几种生物质的焦样进行空气气化研究,考察了升温速率、气化剂流量等因素对TG/DTG谱图的影响。用Coats积分法对曲线进行动力学计算,并对结果进行讨论。结果表明:DTG参数(Tm和Rm)均随升温速率的增高而增大,表观活化能E和指前因子A间存在动力学补偿效应。
Several kinds of biomass char were gasified in air, using temperature programmed thermogravimetry method. The effects of reaction conditions, such as heating rate, gasifier's current and so on, on the TG/DTG profiles were determined. The DTG parameters and kinetic parameters were calculated by Coats method. It was showed that the DTG parameters ( T m and R m) increased linearly with heating rate. From the results it could be found that there was a “Kinetic Compensation Effect”, and it had the linear relationship: lg A=0.10E -3.71.
