摘要
在东北亚区域合作一体化新趋势以及当前国际金融危机的背景下,日本产业海外转移出现了新动向和新特点,山东与日本作为重要的产业合作伙伴,在新的形势下面临着产业合作的转轨与升级问题。加快高新技术产业合作将为彼此展现诸多机会和良好前景,不失为一条转变发展方式,应对金融危机,实现经济新增长的重要途径。为此,山东要抓住机遇,重点对双方高新技术产业合作现状,以及彼此产业中存在的优弱势作出深入与准确分析,明确双方产业合作的领域选择和最佳对接点,并寻求加快山东与日本高新技术产业合作的举措与建议。
Under the new trend of Northeast Asian integration and current international financial crisis, Japan＇s oversea industry transference shows new trend and features. Shandong province and Japan, who have close industry cooperation partnership with each other, are facing the problem cooperation transition and upgrading. Enhance high - tech industry cooperation between the two partners is an important way to transform develop-ment pattern and cope with financial crisis. Therefore,it is significant for Shandong province to seize this opportunity, to make deep and precise analysis on high-tech industry cooperation statue and the reepective advantages and disadvantages,to clarify the industry in which the cooperation will be held, and to collect corresponding suggestions.
