摘要 细胞极性与许多细胞功能的行使关系密切。卵母细胞在发育至具备受精能力的成熟状态时,在很大程度上已经成为一个高度极性化的细胞,许多分子机制参与其极性形成。卵子发育、成熟和受精过程中极性形成的三条重要途径与早期胚胎发育的极性关系密切并起到重要的作用。 Cell polarity is a fundamental property of cells so that the cells can achieve their function. When oocytes develop into a fertilizable competent state, to some extent it is a highly polarized cell. There are many molecular mechanisms being involved in the formation of polarity. However, three important clues which were developed during the progress of oocyte growth, maturation and fertilization, are deeply related with the polarity of early preimplantation embryos and subsequently affect the development of embryos.
