摘要
以南京市第二医院为例,论述医院排队叫号系统建设的意义、目标、技术规格和要求等,通过应用流程合理、人性化、以患者为中心的医院排队叫号系统软件,简化患者就诊流程,实现人性化候诊就诊,降低医疗成本,实现医院候诊就诊管理的科学化、现代化、数字化。
Taking the Second Hospital of Nanjing as an example, the paper introduces the meaning, goal, technical specifications and requirements about constructing queuing management system in hospital. Adopting process reasonable, humanized and patient - oriented system software would help to simplify the treatment process of patients, realize humanistic diagnosis and therapy, reduce the medical cost and realize the scientific, modern and digital goal of clinic management.
