摘要
12320是卫生部2005年12月启用的全国公共卫生公益电话。由于目前网站在媒介沟通中的重要作用日益突出,全国12320管理中心开通了12320.gov.cn网站。通过分析国家健康、卫生类网站现状及特点,探讨12320网站工作特点、问题及发展方向,为建设以公众需求为导向的特色政府网站提供相关借鉴。
12320 is the National Public Health Hotline which was established by Ministry of Health in Dec. 2005. Because of the important effect of website in the media communication, national 12320 management center opened the 12320. gov. cn website. The paper analyzes the status and features of health and hygiene websites in China, discusses the characteristics, problems and developing direction of 12320 website, provides experience and ideas for building up the public -demand -oriented governmental website.
