摘要
精炼渣的理化性质对钢液的精炼效果具有决定性的影响,而渣的理化性质又与其组成密切相关。通过正交试验和理论分析,确定出CaO-SiO_2-MgO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2五元渣系的最佳组成为:52.5% CaO,17.5%SiO_2,10%MgO,10%Al_2O_3,10%CaF_2(R=3.0)。试验表明,该渣的脱硫率及硫分配比分别达到87.2%和82.3%,接近于计算值;同时,它还具有去除钢中氧化物夹杂的能力。
The optimum composition of CaO-SiO_2-MgO-A1_2O_3-CaF_2, system determined by means oforthogonal experiment and theoretic analyses is: 52.5%CaO, 17.5%S_1O_2, 10%MgO. 10%A1_2O_3,10%CaF_2(R=3.0). The results of experiment on the use of this slag are that desulphurizationand distribution ratio of sulphur reach 67.2% and 82.3% respectively, which are close to thecalculated values. Moreover the slag can also remove oxide inclusions from steel.
