本文总结了对小方坯连铸机进行高效技术改造的经验,主要包括振动装置、拉矫机和二次冷却系统的改造。通过生产实践证明,本次改造简便快速、投资少、工期短、技术可靠,可供新建和改建连铸机的厂家参考。
The article summed up the experience of high-efficient technical modification of the billet continuous caster. This modification included mainly the improvement on the oscillator, withdrawal straightener and secondary cooling system. Through the practice, it has been proved that this modification was convenient and rapid. investment low, time limit for the modification short and technics reliable. It is available for reference for the plants that will build or renovate continuous caster.
