描述了对各种控制飞边方法的调查结果和实时闭环压射控制系统在控制冲击压力方面的应用。通过使用一套综合性的工艺监测系统和一个七阶段实时闭环压射控制系统,对采用高压压铸工艺,制造各种压铸件的生产方法进行了分析,论述了实现低冲击控制系统的要求和带来的好处。
Results of an investigation of methods of controlling flash and the application of a real time closed loop shot control system to control impact pressure are presented. The process of making various parts using the high pressure die casting process was examined using a comprehensive process monitoring system and controlled by a seven phase real time closed loop shot control system. The requirements and benefits of the low impact control system are described.
