摘要
武钢钢研所与鄂城钢铁厂合作,于1985年10月进行了钢包喷吹合成渣工业试验。结果表明,以CaO为主要成分的合成渣喷吹处理钢水,当喷粉量不小于3 kg/t,喷粉时间3 min以上时,平均脱硫率达到60%以上,最高脱硫率达到82.35%。本文主要叙述这次工业试验的条件、方案及其精炼效果,并讨论合成渣中CaO的脱硫、脱氧行为。
The industrial experiment was made jointly by Research Institute of Wuhan Iron and SteelCo. and Ercheng Iron and Steel Plant in October, 1985. The results show that the desulphu-rization by injecting lime mixture at over 3kg/t and more than 3 min into the ladle achievesover 60% generally, the maximum 82.35%. In this paper, the conditions, of the experiment andthe refining results are given. The desulphurization and deoxidization mechanism of CaO duringinjection are also discussed.
