冷刀加电切与等离子杆状电极、电切治疗尿道狭窄的疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较冷刀加电切与等离子杆状电极、电切治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法选择直径≤1.5cm的尿道狭窄患者70例,用冷刀加电切33例,用等离子杆状电极、电切37例,对手术时间、手术并发症和手术失败率进行比较。结果冷刀加电切手术时间(43.48±10.64)min,并发症8例,手术失败3例;等离子杆状电极、电切手术时间(44.59±10.43)min,并发症3例,手术失败4例。结论冷刀加电切与等离子杆状电极、电切治疗尿道狭窄手术时间和手术效果类似,但用等离子杆状电极、电切治疗尿道狭窄并发症明显少于冷刀加电切。 [ Objective ] To compare the therapeutic effects of cold knife with electro-resection and plasmakinetic resection with band-form electrode on urethral stricture. [ Methods ] In 70 cases with urethral stricture less than 1.5 cm, 33 cases were performed cold knife and eleetro-reseetion, 37 eases had plasma kinetic resection with band-form electrode. The operation time, complications and failure rate were compared between beth groups. [ Results] The mean operation time of the cold knife group was (43.48±10.64) min, complieatiolas occurred in 8 cases, 3 cases failed; While the mean operation time of plasmakinetic group was (44.59±10.43) min, complications oecurred in 3 cases, 4 cases failed. [ Conclusions ] The operation time and therapeutic effects of cold knife with electro-resection and plasmakinetic resection with band-form eleetrode on urethral stricture are similar, however, the complications are obviously fewer with the latter.
