摘要
随着洛阳市经济的快速发展和人们对健康的日益关注,休闲体育已经成为社会体育的重要形式,越来越受到人们的青睐.通过对休闲体育内容与作用的研究,分析了洛阳市休闲体育的现状,指出洛阳市休闲体育的发展一是要建立专门机构,加强管理;二是要加大宣传力度,加深了解休闲体育理念;三是增加资金投入;四是加快基层专业人员培养;五是开展民族传统体育.
With the rapid economic development of Luoyang,more and more people pay attention to the health,which make the leisure sports become a key form of social sports.Nowadays more and more people are fond of leisure sports.This paper analysed the contents and functions of leasure sports,and discussed the present situation of it.And finally the author gave some good suggestions to leisure sports of Luoyang.
