纱布填塞压迫在致命性出血手术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 纱布填塞止血方法历史悠久，早在1908年Pringle就已采用该技术治疗肝脏损伤的大出血。1962年Logothetopuls描述了骶前大出血的盆腔纱布填塞技术。但因其发生腹腔感染率高和移去填塞物后会继发再出血，这一技术曾被放弃，直到20世纪末才又被外科医生所青睐。我们自1999～2008年，先后在8例致命性出血手术中应用了纱布填塞压迫，取得了良好的临床效果。现报告如下。
