摘要
综合运用扫描电镜和X光衍射分析等手段,研究了高炉用碳化硅质砖衬的碱蚀过程。结果表明:由于碱蚀和热应力作用,致使碳化硅质砖衬工作面产生“溶洞”和龟裂现象。分析确认:“溶洞”和龟裂是破坏碳化硅质砖衬工作面完整性的直接原因,进而初步提出了高炉用碳化硅质砖衬的蚀损机理。
Scanning electron microscope and X-Rays diffraction techniques were comprehensively usedfor study on alkali-erosion of the SiC bricks for B. F., It was found that 'cavernous corrosi-on' and cracks are formed by the erosion of SiC brick surface by alkali metals or aqueousalkali and thermal stress. Analysis shows that 'cavernous corrosion' and cracks are themain reason that deteriorates the integrity of SiC brick surface. On this basis, a tentativealkali-erosion mechanism of SiC bricks for B. F. is presented.
