稀土元素La对GH230合金1000℃抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Rare Earth Element Lanthanum on Oxidation Behavior of GH230 at 1000 ℃ in Air

摘要 对加入稀土(质量分数,%)La0~0.087的GH230合金进行了1000℃恒温氧化实验。实验结果表明:适量La能有效地提高GH230合金的抗氧化能力和增强表面氧化膜的剥落抗力。但当合金中La含量达到0.087%时,合金中析出富La相会降低其氧化抗力。 The influence of La content on isothermal oxidation behavior of GH230 alloy at 1 000℃ in air was investigated. La improves not only the oxidation resistance, but also enhances oxide spallation resistance of the alloy when the content of La is from 0 to 0. 087% (mass percent). A La-riched phase was precipitated in the GH230 alloy with 0. 087% (mass percent) La, which showed a negative effect on the oxidation resistance of this alloy.
