摘要
本文简介了宝钢干熄焦投产以来的运行操作实践及干熄焦技术的应用现状。小结了开工初期干熄焦低负荷运行时出现的问题及采取的措施,并对预存室料位管理和循环气体中可燃成分的控制制定了具体办法;还分析了干熄焦增加气化率的主要措施及相应出现的增加电耗问题。
Since coming into opration, the practice of dry quenching technique for coke-ovens atBaoshan Iron and Steel Complex is described. A Summary is given regarding the problems aris-ing due to low loading at first step and their solutions. Furthermore, the specific prositionin advance bunker and control of combustive component in circling gas are worked out. Themajor measures for increasing vaporization rate and the power consumption respectively incre-ased are also discussed.
