摘要
归纳分析了近年来我国矿山开挖过程中出现的各种环境负效应典型事例和资料，对因矿山开挖而导致的环境负效应进行了类型划分，简要分析了每种类型的主要特点和典型模式．提出了对矿山开挖过程中常见环境负效应进行评价的方法和技术路线，就不同阶段对矿山开挖引起的环境负效应进行科学管理和控制的技术对策及技术路线提出了建议．
By extensive analysis of negative affections on environment by mining, the negative environment problems are divided into different types, and negative environment evaluation methods and techniques are given. The control and management techniques on the negative environment caused by mining in different stages are also discussed.
