摘要
1998年3月,在莱钢2号高炉(750m^3)炉腹到炉身上部采用了遥控喷涂造衬技术,共用喷涂料220t,清除反弹料约15t,返弹率小于10％。喷涂造衬共用45h(包括冲洗炉墙时间)。
The remote gunning technology was adopted for repairing the No. 2 BF lining from bosh to upper stack at Laiwu Iron & Steel Complex in March, 1998.The total gunning refractory was 220 t and the springing refractory cleared away was about 15 t,he springing refractory rate was lower than 10% .It took 45 hours to gun the line.
