介绍在武汉钢铁（集团）公司热轧厂改造性年修中应用网络计划技术组织和控制工程进度，使其达到预定目标，获得满意的效果。
This paper introduces applying critical path method to annual transformative repair of WISCO Hot Strip Mill to organize,coordinate and control the planned speed of the project,to reach the laid target and satisfy the demand.
