摘要
采用高强度钢丝绳作为张拉元件,对20t抓斗吊车主梁进行预应力法下挠处理,恢复了主梁上拱度,取得预期效果。对所使用张拉钢丝绳的拉力、挠曲线方程和下料理论长度作了理论计算分析,并且应用计算机仿真技术取代吊车动态负荷电测试验,获得主梁动刚度、桥架主梁和钢丝绳组动载系数等动态特性参数。
Using the high strength rope as a tensile element,the deflection of girders of 20 ton grab crane were corrected by the prestressed ropes.The desired result was achieved.The tensile stress,deflection curve equation,and theoretical length of the tensile ropes have been calculated.And the computer simulation substituted for the dynamic load test.The dynamic stiffness of the girders and dynamic load factors of the girders and ropes and other values were given by simulation calculation.
