摘要
以二苄胺、二硫化碳、三氧化二锑为原料,合成了N,N二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸锑(SbDTC),考查了反应时间、反应温度、溶剂用量、重结晶溶剂等因素对合成工艺的影响;将SbDTC添加到基础油中,从卡咬负荷(PB),烧结负荷(PD),磨痕直径(WSD)及摩擦因数(μ)等指标考查了其极压抗磨特性。
Antimony N, N dibenzyldithiocarbamate was synthesized with dibenzylamine, carbon disulfide and antimony trioxide. The influence of temperature, reaction time, solvents and their dosages and recrystallizing solvents on its synthsis was investigated. It was added in lubrication oil and its antiwear properties at of extreme pressures was studied.
