摘要
制备了30/70菠萝叶纤维/长绒棉混纺纱和30/30/40菠萝叶纤维/粘胶/腈纶混纺纱,研究由该两种纱线制成的相应纬编针织物的服用性能,结果表明:菠萝叶纤维在混纺纱中呈束状,强伸性及初始模量差异性大;菠萝叶纤维/长绒棉纬编针织物可缝性、手感风格、抗折皱性能、起毛起球性较好,菠萝叶纤维/粘胶/腈纶纬编针织物柔软、易扭曲、弯曲起皱,悬垂性较好;织物的压缩性能、后整理稳定性能好。
In this paper, two kinds of blended weft-knitting fabrics, which are knitted by 30/ 70 bromelia fiber/long-staple cotton and 30/30/40 bromelia fiber/viscose/polyacrylonitrile fiber blended yarns, are researched. The result shows that, bromelia fiber presents in the form of bunch in the blended yarn and has great differences on strength, elongation properties and initial modulus. The weft-knitted fabric with bromelia fiber/long-staple cotton blended yams has better properties of sewing, handle style, wrinkle resistance, fuzzing and pilling properties. The weft-knitted fabric with bromelia fiber/viscose/polyacrylonitrile fiber blended yarns has good soft and drape properties, and is easy to distort and wrinkle. Both of the blended fabrics have nice compression property and finishing stability.
