摘要
经CT证实的脑萎缩200例。其中单纯性脑萎缩138例,有痴呆表现者52例(26.5％);脑梗塞所致脑萎缩62例,痴呆表现者17例(36.5％)。单纯性脑萎缩与阿尔茨海默氏痴呆关系较密切。通过分析阿尔茨海默氏痴呆与脑血管病性痴呆的表现,对阿尔茨海默氏痴呆的临床诊断提出意见。
Two hundred cases of encephalatrophy were verified by CT examinations. There were 138 cases of simple encephalatrophy, of whom 52 cases showed symptoms of dementia (26.5％). There were 62 cases of encephalatrophy caused by cerebral infarction, of whom 17 cases showed symptoms of dementia. There were close relations between encephalatrophy and Alzheimer's dementia. The manifestations of Alzheimer's dementia and dementia caused by cerebrovascular disease were also analized, proposals for clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's dementia being offered.
